Exhibitors may set up from 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4. All exhibitors will “move in” through the loading dock doors and into the North Hall. If you shipped your booth to the MCC, it will be waiting in that loading dock area or in your booth space if the booth number was clearly marked on your shipping label. If you have brought your booth with you, MCC requests that you transport your booth and any other equipment/materials through that loading dock entrance, which takes you directly into the exhibit hall. A forklift and driver will be available during both set-up and tear-down if needed.
Times you can expect exhibit hall traffic:
Wednesday, November 5:
Thursday, November 6:
The last scheduled break for conference attendees to interact with exhibitors runs from 12:00-1:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 6. PLEASE do not tear down before 1:30 p.m. on November 6. Many exhibitors choose to disassemble their booths after 1:30 p.m. Conference attendees will be attending educational sessions until 3:30 p.m., at which time they generally depart
All exhibit booths will be located in the North Hall of the Monroeville Convention Center. Each standard exhibit space is 10 ft. x 10 ft. and will include a 6 ft. X 30 in. skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. The large-scale 20 X 20 ft. exhibit spaces include a second skirted table and two additional chairs. All booths will be separated by pipe and drape. These items are included in your booth fee. Please note that the exhibit hall has concrete floors and high ceilings as found in warehouse-type spaces. Most exhibitors do not use carpeting, and the convention center does not have carpet rental available. However, exhibitors are welcome to bring their own carpeting, if desired. To request electricity (110 amp - $95 for quad box installation for both days if ordered at least 14 days prior to the event) or other services as necessary, please complete the Monroeville Convention Center (MCC) Service Form (also attached) and submit it to the MCC. Please note: if you want to coordinate with your neighboring exhibitor, you can share the cost of a quad box installation that will provide you both with ample electricity.
Also include on the label:
The 3 Rivers Wet Weather Sewer Conference and dates (Nov. 5-6, 2025)
The name of your company representative who will receive the booth at the conference
Your booth # (Please check the exhibit hall map if you are unsure of your booth #. )
Your company name and contact information
If you are participating in the exhibitor-sponsored prize drawing, here is what you can expect. Conference attendees who want to enter the prize drawing will need to visit all participating exhibitors to receive verification on their entry forms. Each participating exhibitor will be given an individual stamp (a letter or symbol) and a stamp pad for verifying that attendees have visited their booth. The prize is a gift card bundle valued at $1,300 in gift cards from a variety of retailers and restaurants. This prize drawing has been a great incentive for attendees to visit participating booths and we hope it proves to be a good marketing strategy for your company.
